This house is also the most beautiful example of Diyarbakır civil architecture. We visit the Great Mosque of Diyarbakır, which is believed to be one of the oldest mosques in Islamic history, founded in Anatolia and the Vth Haremi Sharif of the Islamic World. We see the Mardin Gate and the Goat's Bastion, the oldest of the Diyarbakır Walls, which are known to have a history of 9000 years, the date of construction and the civilization that built them are unknown. After seeing the Hevsel Gardens and the 10-eyed bridge on the banks of the Tigris, we leave Diyarbakır and set off for Mardin. Upon our arrival in Mardin, our first stop is to visit the Kasimiye Madrasah, which was started in the Artuqid Period and completed in 1457-1502 during the reign of the Akkoyunlu Ruler Cihangiroğlu Kasım Padişah. Afterwards, we enter the narrow streets of Old Mardin and explore the old Mardin. 3.DAY

Our dear guests, after the open buffet breakfast we will have in our hotel in the morning, we go to the ancient city of Dara. While it is recorded as one of the most important trade centers of Mesopotamia, it is mentioned in archaeological remains and archives that the city witnessed the war of Persian Emperor Darius and Alexander the Great. After our visit to the ancient city, we go to our restaurant in Beyazsu where we can rest our feet in ice-cold water while eating delicious kebabs. After lunch break, we move to Midyat. We visit the State Guest House, the Midyat house where the TV series Sıla and Adini Kalbime Yazdım were filmed and which hosted many more TV series, and get information about its architecture from our guide. While walking around the house, when we go up to the terrace, we see the old Midyat and take a souvenir photo. After giving free time in the bazaar where you can buy silver and filigree products, the world-famous handicraft art of Midyat, we go on a hidden journey of time in the Anıtlı Village of Mardin. Built in the 6th century, you will be alone with the ancient spirit of Mesopotamia while feeling the Assyrian hymns echoing on the stone walls of the Virgin Mary Church. After completing our trip here, you will take a boat tour on the Tigris River in Hasankeyf, one of the oldest settlements in the world with a history of 12,000 years, accompanied by the ruins of historical bridges from the Artuqid and Ayyubid periods, palaces, madrasahs and thousands of caves carved into the rocks. After a journey intertwined with history, we end our trip with a delicious lunch break with the unique local flavors of the region and start our return journey. We leave you, our esteemed guests, to the points we picked up and say goodbye to meet in another Orion Travel organization.
