1. Parties

b.The Member cannot give the password given to him/her by Orion Travel to other persons or organizations, the right to use the password belongs to the member himself/herself. Against all liability that may arise for this reason and all claims and demands that may be asserted against Orion Travel by third parties or competent authorities, Orion Travel reserves the right to all kinds of compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use.

c. The member accepts and undertakes in advance to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the www.oriontravel.com.tr website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will be fully and exclusively binding on the member.

d. The member may not use the www.oriontravel.com.tr website in any way that disrupts public order, violates public morality, disturbs and harasses others, for an illegal purpose, infringes the intellectual and copyright rights of others. f. Orion Travel shall not be liable for the reading of member data by unauthorized persons and for any damage to member software and data. The Member agrees in advance not to claim any compensation from Orion Travel for any damages he/she may incur due to the use of the website www.oriontravel.com.tr.

g. www.oriontravel.com.tr may be linked directly or indirectly to other websites for informational or advertising purposes. Orion Travel cannot be held responsible for the content of the linked sites and any problems that may arise from this.

h.The Member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal liabilities arising from this belong entirely to the member.

i. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement shall be criminally and legally responsible for this violation and shall hold Orion Travel free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition; due to this violation, Orion Travel reserves the right to claim compensation against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement if the incident is transferred to the legal field.

j. Orion Travel always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member, delete the files, documents and information belonging to the customer. The member accepts this saving in advance. In this case, Orion Travel has no responsibility.

k. www.oriontravel.com.tr website software and design are the property of Orion Travel and copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by the relevant laws and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

l. Orion Travel may collect certain information such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the website, the date and time of access to the website, the pages accessed while on the website and the Internet address of the website that provides a direct connection to the website for the improvement and development of the website www.oriontravel.com.tr and/or within the framework of legal legislation.

m. Orion Travel may use the personal information of the members in order to provide better service to its users, to improve its products and services, to facilitate the use of the site, and to work on the special preferences and interests of its users. p. Measures have been taken within the current possibilities to ensure that the Orion Travel website is free of viruses and similar software. However, in order to ensure ultimate security, the user is required to supply his/her own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. In this context, by accessing the Orion Travel website, the member is deemed to have accepted that he/she is responsible for all errors that may occur in his/her software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences.

q. Orion Travel reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time, to change or terminate any service provided to users or to delete user information and data registered on the Orion Travel website.

Orion Travel is authorized to send informative e-mails to the e-mail addresses of its members registered with it and informative SMS to their mobile phones in accordance with this membership agreement, and the member shall be deemed to have accepted the sending of informative e-mails to the e-mail address and informative SMS to the mobile phone upon approval of this membership agreement.

4. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement will remain in force until the member cancels his/her membership or his/her membership is canceled by Orion Travel. Orion Travel may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the membership of the member in case the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

5. Effectiveness

The member's membership registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepts the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded and mutually entered into force at the time the member becomes a member.

All usage and content rights of www.oriontravel.com.tr are reserved. All rights of the site belong to the owner company ORION TRAVEL TIC. LTD. ŞTİ. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
